Extended Travel

Extended travel is calculated using the artist’s round-trip mileage to the getting-ready location, so the full travel cost is clear before you reserve your date.

Each destination proposal is tailored to the location, wedding timeline, number of artists, and the travel arrangements required for your celebration.
All applicable travel expenses are agreed in advance and included in your personalized proposal and contract.
Out-of-State & Destination Weddings
Beautifully prepared, wherever the celebration takes you.
Destination proposals may include round-trip airfare, checked baggage for professional kits, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, parking, and other necessary travel expenses. Arrangements may be coordinated by the client or by Anna Bakalym Artistry and added to the final proposal.

Travel arrangements are customized around your location, timeline, number of artists, and any special requirements. Parking, accommodations, transportation, and related expenses are reviewed with you before booking.
For multi-day or air-travel destination bookings, reasonable meal or per-diem expenses may be included in the custom travel proposal. There are no unexpected travel charges after your wedding day.

Early Morning Services
A custom early-start fee may apply when the beauty schedule begins before normal service hours. The fee depends on the required arrival time and number of artists.

Multiple Locations
If the team must pack up and move between getting-ready locations during scheduled services, an additional relocation fee and mileage may apply.

Additional Artists
Larger wedding parties or compressed timelines may require additional artists. Any artist, travel, parking, or accommodation fees are included in your proposal in advance.
Travel Details
How is extended travel calculated?
Extended travel is $1 per mile, calculated using the artist’s full round-trip mileage to the getting-ready location.
Parking, Valet & Tolls
Any required hotel parking, valet, parking-garage charges, vehicle-access resort fees, or tolls are the client’s responsibility. When services take place at a hotel, parking or valet may be charged directly to the client’s room whenever possible.
When are overnight accommodations required?
A hotel may be required when significant travel, a very early arrival time, or same-day travel would prevent the artists from arriving safely and fully prepared. A private room for each required artist must be provided or reimbursed by the client.
Is there an early-morning fee?
An early-start fee may apply when the timeline requires the team to begin before normal service hours. It is calculated around the arrival time and number of artists and confirmed before booking.
Can the team move between locations?
Yes. If services require the team to relocate—for example, from a hotel to the venue—an additional relocation fee and travel charges may apply.
Can additional artists travel with the team?
Yes. Larger parties or shorter timelines may require additional artists. Any related artist, travel, parking, or accommodation fees will be listed in your proposal in advance.
Do you accept out-of-state and destination weddings?
Yes. We are available throughout California, across the United States, and for select destination locations. Airfare, baggage, lodging, ground transportation, parking, and other required expenses are included in a custom proposal.
